Please don’t send health information through this website
This website is for general information and for contacting our office. Please don’t include symptoms, diagnoses, medications or other health details in a website message. Call us at 610-868-6800 instead, or tell us at your visit.
Information you give us
- Contact form. If you send a message, we receive your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to reply to you.
- Phone calls and email. If you call or email us, we use what you share to help you.
- Email newsletter. If you sign up, we use your email address to send occasional practice news. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We use Mailchimp to send these emails, and we never put health information in them.
Booking appointments
The “Book online” buttons take you to our scheduling system, Jane (lvc.janeapp.com), which is a separate website with its own privacy policy. Information you enter there, including anything about your health, is handled by Jane on our behalf and protected as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.

- Google services. Our map is a Google Maps embed, and our fonts load from Google Fonts. When a page loads them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information under Google’s own privacy policy.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your information.
- We don’t use advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this website.
- We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this website.
Keeping information safe
The site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, which is another reason we ask you not to send health details through the website.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
